Training of in-company trainers according to German standards
The training of in-company trainers is strictly regulated in Germany. Only after successfully passing the examination before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce or a comparable institution, one receives the permission to train apprentices/trainees in the company. The contents of the corresponding courses as well as the procedure of the examination are also prescribed.
We offer courses for all three quality levels of the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK):
- German dual vocational and educational training (VET) abroad
- Local dual VET in line with the German model
- Local dual training with elements of the German system
in face-to-face and blended learning mode and prepare participants specifically for the AHK (German Chambers of Commerce Abroad) examination.
We already carry out these programmes for the AHK in Cairo (German-Arab Chamber of Industry & Commerce).
Customised Training Programmes
After a detailed analysis of your requirements and the identification and definition of the target groups, we work with you to develop a tailor-made training concept with the desired training outcomes.
Depending on your requirements, the training can be implemented virtually (e-learning), face-to-face or in blended learning mode.
In the implementation of virtual learning units, we work with methods of instructional design and approaches of distance learning didactics.
